Teen suicide rates are disturbing and have been increasing in the current years base on statistic (Croft, 2016). The increasing number of teen suicide have cause awareness and brought attention to observance in teen suicide (Croft, 2016). It is said to be the third leading cause of death seen from 10 to 19 year old. Female are more likely to initiate suicide than male. Male often use harsh method to attempt suicide such as guns, while female often consume excessive amount of sleeping pill to cause overdose or slit†¦show more content†¦These adolescents may feel or believe that they have disappointed their parents and family and see suicide as their only choice. Also, adolescents may think that suicide is better than the life they live. Mental illness causes While all the above are driving factors of teen suicide, often the underlying concern is mental illness. Some teens who seek suicide initiate because of depression, borderline personality disorder or bipolar disorder. These illness intensify the pain a teen may suffer. Because of these underling illnesses, teens should seek and treat by medical professional. Method and Rate According to the American Association of Suicidology (AAS), 4,822 teens at ages 15 t to 24, died from suicide in 2011 in America. Because of teens suicide facts, it is the third leading cause of death. In 2007, teen suicide was low of 9.6 deaths for every 100,000 adolescence, while the current statistics collected reveal about 14% increase which indicate a 10.9 deaths for every 100,000 adolescence in the years 2011 to 2013. But on the other play writers, script writers, distributors, actors or performers are offended by the censorship act as it inhibit with the law of freedom of speech. Many movies are censored due to their objectionable scene which are not good for children and adults of specific age to protect them from knowingly or unknowingly to see indecent matter which will influence their minds adversely and which are not right matter for them to see. Except movies, radios and television are also regulated by government from broadcast any indecent content which has adverse effect on the children and adults of specific age.
